Located on rue Oberkampf, Fauna opened in Paris in December 2023. It is run by two coffee enthusiasts, Filip and Jacob, ex-managers of coffee shop Residence Kann.
Kann has designed entirely custom-made benches in stained oak, with seat and back upholstered in Field fabric by Kvadrat. The countertop is in green-stained oak with a stainless steel top, while the back bar features a large stainless steel shelf. The oak and stainless-steel tops are made to suit with bistro-style table legs.
