Méribel
Architect: Julie Girardi from the Seize Dix Sept agency

In collaboration with Kann, the restaurant Fifi has a new look in Méribel. In this Italian restaurant where the generational transmission of recipes is a savoir-vivre, the architect Julie Girardi of the Seize Dix Sept agency used oak furniture from different Kann collections: from the Mid benches to the Residence counter chairs and the Amol chairs. Facing the postcard-like openings on the surrounding mountain landscape, the architect wished to play on two colors reminding the Italian craft industry: the terracotta and the green color, typical of the marble of the Aosta Valley. On the first floor, around the bar, in a subdued atmosphere, the Residence counter chairs respond to the green fabric of the Mid benches and on the first floor, the custom-made dining tables in green-stained oak echo the terracotta-colored fabric of the benches. Two chromatic tones for different warm spaces.
