The latest restaurant from chef Manoj Sharma, Sharmaji is an Indian restaurant in Paris's 15th arrondissement. Architect Marine Castanier of Carderon Studio chose the burgundy upholstered Galta chair. Kann produced the customized benches designed by the architect in velvet and imitation leather, with a backrest made of two struts. The ceramic table tops with wood inserts, as well as the mirrored bar and back bar, were also made to measure.
