BC 773
With the Trink bar cart, the two designers Karl Chucri and Rami Boushdid of Studio Caramel offer an exceptional piece where black steel cuts across and structures the wooden frame (teak or walnut, depending on the version). The distinctive feature of this furniture piece, made for convivial moments, is the play on the modern aesthetic of the early 20th century with a touch of contemporaneity.

Kann Design -

Studio Caramel

Studio Caramel is an award winning, Beirut-based interior and multi–disciplinary product design studio. The designers draw various references from the mid-century modern era; not just for its remarkable furniture but also from the general spirit of that time, alluding to transportation vehicles, visual culture, typography etc. Their products emanate a common sensibility: pieces can be best described as refined yet sturdy with memorable and imposing silhouettes. With both designers coming from architectural backgrounds, it’s only natural that their collection has a very close relationship to interior spaces.
